A commission is the best way to get a piece made specifically for you — your gem, your metal, your occasion. Ian takes on a limited number of commissions each year.
How It Works
- Tell Ian what you have in mind — gem preference, metal, piece type, occasion, rough budget, and timeline
- Ian responds within 3 business days with whether the commission is feasible and a rough price range
- If you proceed, a 50% deposit secures your spot in the queue
- Ian sends progress photos at stone selection and at the metalwork stage
- Final piece ships with full insurance and a hand-written provenance note
